Three Seriously Injured in Crash on Man o’ War Loop

Three people were transported to the hospital in serious condition in a two-car wreck on the inner Man o’ War Loop at Jocasta Drive. According to police the accident just before 8 a.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2019, when an SUV and a minivan collided.

Head-On Collision Kills One Injures Two in Warren County

The driver of a Saturn SUV crossed over the centerline of Kentucky Highway 185 and struck a pickup truck carrying two people. According to the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened Saturday afternoon, March 27, 2019, near the 8800 block of Highway 185.

The driver of the Saturn died at the scene, and both occupants of the pickup truck survived but were taken to a local hospital. One of the victims was a 12-year-old child, and it’s unknown at this time on the condition of either victim.

Semi-Truck hits Pickup Head-On Killing Driver

A semi-truck and a pickup truck collided killing the driver of the pickup truck near Owingsville. According to an Owingsville police officer at the scene, the driver of the semi-truck crossed over the centerline and hit the pickup truck head on taking both over an embankment.

Child Riding Bike Critical After Collision With SUV

An 11-year-old boy was riding his bike when he was struck by an SUV in the 1800 block of Millerstown Road. According to a Kentucky State Police officer at the scene, the driver of the SUV stated that she tried to swerve to miss the child but was unsuccessful.

The accident happened around 6:40 p.m., Monday, March 19, 2019, and the boy was airlifted to Norton Children’s Hospital in Louisville with life-threatening injuries. The road was shut down for a couple of hours so investigators could reconstruct the accident.

Seat Belt Credited for Saving Lives in Three-Car Accident in Waco

Two cars collided head-on in and a third car collided with at least one of those a devastating accident early Tuesday morning, March 19, 2019. A Kentucky State trooper at the scene tweeted out kudos to the families for wearing their seatbelts. “Are you convinced that seatbelts and child safety seats save lives? I am, especially after crawling into this car to console a toddler while his mom is trapped up front.”

Dropped Sandwich Causes Death in Semi-Truck Crash in Clay County

A semi-truck driver crashed into another semi-truck taking the life of a 45-year-old woman. According to an Indiana State master trooper, the accident happened around noon, Saturday, March 16, 2019, in the westbound lanes on Interstate 70 near mile-marker 17, which is about 15 miles east of Terre Haute.

The driver took his eyes off the road to pick up a dropped sandwich not seeing that the cars in front of him had slowed down. He swerved to avoid hitting another semi-truck puncturing its fuel tank causing it to catch fire.

Pickup truck and Passenger Car Collide Injuring Three in Graves County

A white late-model pickup truck and a white sedan crashed on State Road 849 around 7:20 a.m., Tuesday, March 12, 2019. According to the Graves County Sheriff’s Office, both cars collided and ran off the road injuring three people.

At least one person in the sedan had to be freed by a hydraulic extraction tool. All three suffered serious injuries and were taken to a local hospital. At the time of this report, it is unknown how the crash occurred or if alcohol was involved,

Car Hits Deer Killing One Person Injuring Three in Campbellsville

A car crossed over the centerline of Greensburg Road in Taylor County around 8 p.m., Thursday, March 7, 2019 and struck another car killing on and injuring three others. According to a Taylor County Sheriff’s deputy at the scene, a vehicle hit a deer that ran out in the road, and then the vehicle swerved into the westbound lanes of Greenburg Road striking another vehicle.

The driver of the car that hit the dear died at the scene, and the driver and two passengers of the second car were taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.

Head-On Collision Kills Both Drivers in Warren County

A 1999 Buick and a 2011 Chevy pickup truck hit head on killing both drivers around 9:45 p.m., Monday, March 4, 2019. The wreck happened on Glasgow Rd around the 7600 block. According to a Warren County Sheriff’s deputy at the scene, the Buick crossed the centerline and struck the Chevy and both drivers died fairly instantly.

A female passenger in the Chevy was seriously injured and was air lifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Tennessee. The coroner pronounced both drivers dead at the scene,

Car Wreck Sends Woman to Hospital in McCracken County

The passenger of a vehicle that collided with an SUV sustained serious injuries. According to a McCracken County Sheriff’s Office Deputy, the driver of the car was attempting to cross over Clarks River Road when he drove into the path of the SUV.

The crash happened around 6:30 p.m., Tuesday, February 26, 2019. Both drivers were treated at the scene and the passenger of the car was take to a local hospital.
