On June 9, 2018, six people were sent to the hospital due to a head-on collision on Nicholasville Road. Thankfully, everyone involved in this crash is expected to survive their injuries.
According to Lex 18, this crash happened early on Saturday just a few miles south of Man o’ War Boulevard. Allegedly, one car driver in the northbound lanes swerved across the median line and hit a southbound van head-on.
In total, two people were in the car and four (three of whom were children) were in the van. Emergency crews rushed everyone involved in this crash to a local hospital to get their injuries checked.
Police are still investigating the cause of this accident.
