In 2001, Marshall was a founding member of this firm. Since that time, he has continued to fight for his clients to get them fully compensated for harms and losses caused by the negligence of others. He has recovered millions of dollars for thousands of clients he has successfully represented in the last 37 years. He has had recoveries of $1,000,000 or more for clients injured in automobile, motorcycle, trucking, pedestrian, medical malpractice, electrocution, and airplane crash cases involving serious physical injury or wrongful death.
